I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the owner and staff of Empathy Flowers. Harry and his team provided excellent customer service and handled my last-minute request with great care, delivering a stunning funeral arrangement. The flowers were elegant, thoughtfully designed, and matched the photos exactly. We are incredibly thankful for their professionalism and kindness, and we highly recommend this business. Their customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I received a photo of the arrangement I ordered, which matched the picture perfectly. They truly take pride in their work. I will continue to refer to them and use their services again and again. Los Sures Family!

I called from Baltimore, Maryland to send flowers to my niece in Brooklyn. Mr. Zelman was very, very helpful and friendly. I asked for a delivery the next day before a specific time. The delivery was early (which was great). The flowers were beautiful, wonderfully arranged and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Empathy Flowers and will use their services in the future.

I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for Empathy Flowers. I was given such great help over the phone being as I'm here in NC and was ordering flowers for a funeral there in NY for the next day. I was even sent a picture of the arrangement I ordered which looked amazing. Would highly recommend everyone ordering from this establishment.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Empathy Flowers (Zellman, Harry & team). From start to finish, the experience was incredible. We worked with them for a Christmas event, and they truly went above and beyond every step of the way. The florals were absolutely beautiful and brought the entire space to life. Everything felt thoughtful, elegant, and perfectly suited to our holiday party. Our guests were in absolute awe, and we received nonstop compliments on the flowers throughout the event. Our guests were seriously so impressed, wondering where we found a florist so talented! Zellman and the team were a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was just right. They listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered ideas that made the final result even better than we imagined. On the day of the event, the setup was seamless.
